All Aboard! This group is for dancers who need cheap (free) housing - the Couch Express. I've been thinking about this, and various ways of doing it safely. Here are some tips - do you know the person? Don't go replying to someone who you're not sure is really an OU dance alum. If you have any doubts you can always ask faculty, they're sure to know. Okay, now aside from that disclaimer, check this out. Here's how it works:

Discussion Title: CITY

# of couches/beds/air mattresses

Body: describe any special services you can provide - drinking water, shower, transportation, introduction to the city, blankets, pillows, breakfast, dinner, safe area; etcetera. I once "couch surfed" and was provided pretty much everything as though I lived there. It was amazing. It saved me hundreds on hotels, and they gave me directions everywhere!!

You may also want to describe the maximum number of nights a guest can stay, and what time during the week you prefer.

*Dancers, if you're the one LOOKING for the place to crash, you should message the person posting the couch on their actual page to save space in this forum. Though if you have questions that may be useful to future inquirers, please respond in the discussion forum below.
